Les Essentielles Participates in National Conference

This September 11th and 12th, the Alliance of Women of Canadian Francophonie held its annual conference in Ottawa. The two-days are an invaluable opportunity to collaborate with a diversity of other women from across Canada on the theme of "Connected women, engaged communities", always with the overarching goal of supporting the rights of all Francophone and Acadian women.
Representing French-speaking women of the Yukon, Marie-Hélène Gagné, Directrice of les Essentielles and Charlie-Rose Pelletier, in charge of gender equality projects, also at les Essentielles, were thrilled to attend.
Held in Ottawa, the gathering is also an opportunity to bring together the three territories, whose issues and challenges are often similar!
